sprint

Searching for jumping workouts? One of the most effective jump higher exercises is Sprint - running at a high speed for a short period of time. Here's how to do it:
From that point make three checkpoints that are not too far from the starting point. To be more accurate, do not exceed the length of the basketball court. Now, run from the starting point to the first checkpoint and run back. Repeat the same by running to the second and third checkpoints. Now, walk twice up to the last checkpoint and rest yourself for some time. Practice sprints for at least once in a week to power your calf muscles.
This kind of exercise works best for people who are into sports that requires high jumping such as basketball and volleyball. If you're one of them, you may also want to try it.
