Why is it hard for some people to understand????

Can someone tell me when you tell people that some one has passed away, and you send them proof ie death certificate, then why do they have to keep calling your house asking to talk to a dead person??? It really would be nice if someone on this planet could clue me in!!! I am sorry I am just getting tired of all the calls from the same people over and over again....
