Spaghetti and Meat Balls!!!!!

How to make Meat balls:

1 LB Hamburger
1 Lg Egg
1/3 Cup of bread crumbs

May add or substract spices to taste...
Season to taste with: Basil, Itilian seasoning, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper, Season salt, and olive oil...

Mix well and make in to balls...

Fry Meatballs till browned ... While cooking meat balls add an onion, Green pepper, and Garlic Cloves. You may also add Mushrooms, Hot Peppers, Banana Peppers, scallions, black Olives, and green olives if you wish...

Leave cook for a bit till meat is cooked well... Add can of Tomato Paste, and if you have a can of Diced Tomatos fill pan with water mix well, cover, and cook on low heat to obtain the sauce texture you want.. Sauce will thicken as it cooks mix every once in a while as to not burn the bottom...

Tastes way better then any sauce from a can or Jar...

Next Boil water make pasta of your choice.
Bring water and tablespoon of olive oil to fast rapid boil and place pasta in water cook for 9 to 11 minutes for most pastas. Today we used (Wheat Spaghetti) for our dinner.

Olive oil - (Helps keep pasta from sticking together)
Next Drain the water off of the noodles.

Add Sauce and meal is complete and ready to eat..
