Spaghetti and Meat Balls!!!!!

How to make Meat balls:

1 LB Hamburger
1 Lg Egg
1/3 Cup of bread crumbs

May add or substract spices to taste...
Season to taste with: Basil, Itilian seasoning, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper, Season salt, and olive oil...

Mix well and make in to balls...

Fry Meatballs till browned ... While cooking meat balls add an onion, Green pepper, and Garlic Cloves. You may also add Mushrooms, Hot Peppers, Banana Peppers, scallions, black Olives, and green olives if you wish...

Leave cook for a bit till meat is cooked well... Add can of Tomato Paste, and if you have a can of Diced Tomatos fill pan with water mix well, cover, and cook on low heat to obtain the sauce texture you want.. Sauce will thicken as it cooks mix every once in a while as to not burn the bottom...

Tastes way better then any sauce from a can or Jar...
Hmmm this is tonights dinner ..... Don't they look great?

Next Boil water make pasta of your choice.

Bring water and tablespoon of olive oil to fast rapid boil and place pasta in water cook for 9 to 11 minutes for most pastas. Today we used (Wheat Spaghetti) for our dinner.

Olive oil - (Helps keep pasta from sticking together)

Next Drain the water off of the noodles.

Add Sauce and meal is complete and ready to eat..

The snow visits once a again Saturday 3-22-08 the day before Easter Sunday...

I love the snow it is so nice to see it comming down. Today isn't so bad it is kinda warmer today, but it has started snowing once again. I know several people love to see it snow and can only see it in videos so here is another video of todays snow. Hope those of you who don't receive snow enjoy watching the video... I would also like to extend a Happy Easter to Everyone...

Whether this is a true story or not you must always use caution when roaming public places. There are some people who are not such nice people. I have seen this several time over the last few years however everytime I read it it refreshes my mine to whats around me...

A few weeks ago, in a cinema, a person felt something poking from her seat. When she got up to see what it was, she found a needle sticking out of the seat with a note attached saying "You have just been infected by HIV (AIDS)".The Disease Control Center (in Paris ) reports many similar events in many other cities recently. All tested needles were HIV Positive. The Center also reports that needles have been found in cash dispensers (ATM) at public banking machines. We ask everyone to use extreme caution when faced with this kind of situation. All public chairs/seats should be inspected with vigilance and caution before use. A careful visual inspection should be enough. In addition,they ask that each of you pass this message along to all members of your family and your friends of the potential danger.Recently, one doctor has narrated a somewhat similar instance that happened to one of his patients at the Praia Cinema in Delhi . A young girl engaged and about to be married in a couple of months, was pricked while the movie was going on. The tag with the needle had the message : "Welcome to the World of HIV family". Though the doctors told her family that it takes about 6 months before the virus grows strong enough to start damaging the system and a healthy victim could survive about 5-6 years,the girl died in 4 months, perhaps more because of the "Shock thought". We all have to be careful at public places, rest God help! Just think about saving a life by forwarding this message. Please, take a few seconds of your time to pass along. Remember ... to pass this on to everyone you know... Probably your mail can help save a life.

I love waking up in the morning hearing the birds and animals...
I love the smell of the fresh air... wow...
Love the smell of breakfast cooking over the fire even better...
Then the walks before lunch to get some exercise and stretch...
I love the smell of the hotdogs, and burgers cooking for lunch.
It is a great feeling when the children come asking can I have another one... lol...
I love my children more then life itself I always have and always will...
The last time my son asked daddy am I big enough to cook with you...
It was such a great feeling I had come over me when he asked me that…
I then knew he was truly enjoying himself as much as I was...
Another walk after lunch and a swim in the lake, or boat ride a round the lake... Then back to cook dinner...
After dinner sitting by a fire singing songs…
Telling ghost stories and gazing at stars…
Now I wish to go camping again I almost forgot how much fun it really is…
I wish to take my most beautiful Love Nancy camping with me someday…
It is so nice to have some one to hold when sitting by the fire it is so romantic…
Nancy is one of the most gorgeous women I have ever seen…
I love her mind and the way she speaks from her heart…
She has as much inner beauty as she does outer beauty…
I was only ever drawn to one other person on this planet the same way…
Wow it has been a couple years since I have been camping...
I can remember each time as it were yesterday...
I feel so at peace when in such places, all my troubles just seem to melt away...
I feel so alive when in the surroundings as God has made them so pure...
Nancy my love I hope to take you camping with me some day…

Some random thoughts

I want to move on with my life I have fallen for someone so special. I would love to make it all work out. It will take time to do so. We will both have to sacrifice so much to do so. We both have already sacrificed alot. I know my love will hold and I will never give up on my quest. I hope and pray she does the same. If by chance she would give up because it is so hard or she would meet someone closer to her even with a broken heart my love would never fail to remain. I will love her forever and always. This is just some random thoughts and feelings. When we have something so special why it we think of the worst possible outcomes? I mean is it just human nature that causes us as human beings to worry so much? I mean I wonder will she ever start getting bored with me? I wonder will she ever just disappear on me? I believe we will work.

My Sweet Heart is not feeling well she is sick and could use a few prayers... She was admitted to the hospital yesterday... She will be ok with the proper attention and some prayers...
